I'm editing my review because I love all of you who work here. I come occasionally to bring my 90 year old grandfather here for breakfast. The hospitality is unmatched. You guys are absolutely sweethearts. I'll leave the profanity out but I am genuinely so appreciative the commitment to simply just doing it right. You are nice and GOOD people. I will be back. I will be seen at this store again. You guys are all just awesome thank you for being nice over the last year to my Grandpa and I can't wait to come back. A respectful cheers and thank you - Brennan
Decided to treat my little one to chocolate chip pancakes today; they were fluffy and delicious! They also serve great coffee here. Service was eggsellent!!
It was my first time there my parents have just moved into a retirement complex behind them the waitress was terrific I didn't get her name I told her I was in a hurry she had my breakfast ready and like 5 minutes food was hot very good she even brought my bill I was in and out in less than 20 minutes fantastic service would definitely go back
We started going to this location about three weeks ago for our weekend breakfast and we’re so happy we did. Jodi is a wonderfully friendly and personable server. In our short time she already knows my standing order with well-done turkey bacon and brings me a take away box with my order! My husband normally doesn’t mention service until there’s something good to say and today he said Jodi is amazing! Today we met Ray who is also friendly and actually knows how to cook over MEDIUM eggs to perfection. Thank you both for such a great early weekend breakfast experience!
I first want to say what a wonderful experience myself and my girlfriend Cheri had at the new location this morning. Both of us working in the Industry for many years. Cheri was a manager at several restaurants in Hamilton over the time frame. We were most impressed with not only the quality of the food but the professionalism of all the staff. From the greeting at the door, that happened immediately, to letting us know your table will be ready in 5 minutes. Our waitress Madison was very tentative and had 5 touch points that Cheri I look for in a waitress. As we go out to different restaurants for breakfast to catch up. Madison asked what we would like to drink. Pointing out the QR code on the table for those that had a cell phone. That the menu was inside the QR Code. A beautiful presentation of the menu on line. Madison came to take our order. The food was hot and outstanding. Great quantity. Madison came with more coffee and checking on how we liked the food. While we were sitting there we had 2 separate tables notice the Stoney Creek News on our table. I had brought my hard copy from home to give to Ray. Very nice man. One lady said we found out about this place from that paper, and the article. Another Guy at another table said "I did not even know this place existed". We live down the street from here. Went over to have a quick breakfast. Because of Covid there was only the patio out in the parking lot. Food and service was great, but the parking lot was very busy woth cars and trucks driving by, but overall we were happy.
