Took the time to help me figure out best battery for my 750w fat tire ebike. My range needs and power. Made a custom battery for me with 21700 samsung cells and shipped to nova scotia. I bought a beautiful E motorcycle, but the battery was trouble, so I decided to look around to get a custom battery made, and I eventually found Paul, and his crew. He picked up my bike, made the battery, installed it delivered it. I am so happy with the results. Best battery I have ever had made for me. They know what to do and how to get the job done well. I highly recommend. Also Paul is very kind and a lot experience, he showed me how to work the app for my battery and taking the bike out for rides is so much more fun, thanks you so much.

After going through hell getting a bike that was a nightmare through upon nightmare dealing with riders solutions I eventually met Paul at EV custom and he helped me have a very deep level of understanding each and every issue why it was going the way it was and was more than above and beyond with willing to help me fix it at an extremely reasonable price less than a quarter of the price that I was quoted at other locations Anybody That wants to be able to have a trustworthy mechanic for their bike. I had a pleasant experience at evcustom bikes.I went there for a small repair on my bike & a paint touchup.The owner Paul was very friendly & knowledgeable.When I went to pay him,he said no charge,I couldnt believe it,he said it was just a minor repair on my Pedal Assist,I will certainly go back again,his prices on parts & bikes is really reasonable
