Loved that I was able to drive in and do a tire swap ahead of a surprise early snowfall since I drive a ton for work. In and out in approx 15 mins, and the price was reasonable. Thank you.
I feel like there is New management here as I've been many times in the past and had no issues. However when doing a tire swap I can say their service was quick but their attention to detail was lacking two out of four of my tires did not have caps on the valve stems and all tires were under pressure, as when I was home I noticed the low pressure light was on. I don't believe they check the pressure of any of them as they were all under 30 PSI and should be 36. I did call them to give them this feedback but I feel they were less than receptive and did not appreciate feedback.
Always always my go to for oil changes! Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities are always extremely clean and I know I can always trust everyone there to take care of my car. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else!
Took my wife’s Tiguan over a day ago… was only going to do tire swap but the attendant was very polite so I opted in with an oil change as well.. and from what I heard from work associates was a very good price… Will go back when needed…
I have only 2 stars only because of fast service and clean place. But unfortunately they are not professional like other places.Bad things is they didn’t check my tiers air pressure,wiper blades , break fluid …. Etc. I was watching them from the window and on my invoice mentioned already checked.
I recently had a very concerning experience at this tire shop which appears to have a new young manager who clearly doesn't seem to care about the work done. He failed to complete basic tasks and seemed uninterested in ensuring that everything was properly done when i asked him. As a result, I had to take my car to another mechanic at my own expense to verify that the work was done correctly, which is unacceptable. I've been coming here for years but now I would not recommend this shop to anyone seeking reliable and professional work. Wouldn't risk it ( previously gave 5 stars but changing due to new incompetent management )
Went for a oil change here back when they first opened in December. My truck has a skid plate, I had just previously purchased the truck. I don’t do much driving of my vehicle. Upon inspection today looking into a rattling sound I have been having for some time now to find, my skid plate is missing hardware and the hardware that is in it is all loose! The only time the skid plate has been removed was to have my oil changed. The only time it’s been changed was when I was here. Also asked them to grease my drive shaft, upon inspection I can tell you it was not done, I used service as something to help me as I was not equipped to do it myself at the time. Now I have to buy parts for my truck! Would not recommend!
