I usually order Pizzas from this location for kids and they've been pretty consistent with taste and quality. Simran is a lovely person and she took care of all my concerns for that particular order. Thank you guys and keep up the good work
Ridiculous experience. The wrong toppings were on pizza. Her solution was to take tongs and pick onion off pizza. She was clearly confused as she had written on the box and scratched it out. Asked for a manager and was told there was not one. Worst customer service ever. Only solution she would offer was to pay for a new pizza.
Simran always goes above and beyond whenever we come here. Her customer service is amazing and she always has a smile on her face and she’s very friendly! Strongly recommend this location.
I have been going to this location for the last five years. Simran is always friendly and pleasant to deal with. The food is always great and the staff is professional and courteous.

They don't accept the deal on their website. The charged more. Update your website or accept to sell as advertised. When the deal claimed on site that it is in store only accepted!
Update December 2022; when you call this location to order you go to a call center who tells you it'll be 15-20 min. I've hesitated in rewriting my review because the food is good. However the last 3 times I've ordered and have arrived in 20 min. I'm left to wait another 15 to almost 30 min longer. I don't believe it's the store, I believe it's the call center not knowing what's happening in the store. However because I never know how long I'm going to have to wait, I may go elsewhere if I'm on a timeline. All I ask is to please provide me an accurate time(within 5 min or so)or have someone from the store call me if it's going to be longer to allow me the option of waiting or going elsewhere. I'll likely wait but leave a little later to pick it up. As always good pizza though. This Gino's pizza location makes amazing pizza! I have been to others that aren't quite as good but I have been to this one 3 times now and wow! I'm very impressed with the quality of toppings, the right texture of the crust and of course the price. I would highly recommend giving them a try, I doubt you'll be disappointed. They have been 3 for 3 with me.
