I recently used Allied TV Repair Service and had a great experience because of Rubyn. Rubyn was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to clearly explain exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done, making sure I understood. I didn't have to wait long for the repair to be completed, and on top of the quick turnaround, the prices were very fair and reasonable. There was a shadow covering half the screen, and now the picture quality looks good as new. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Rubyn and Allied TV Repair Service.
Absolutely do not recommend!! I needed a diagnosis done to my plasma ( I had a hunch it was the power supply board ) but needed it to be inspected. This guy told me I can drop off my t.v to have it inspected and it would take 2 days... Over a week later I am chasing him down to see what is going on as no communication. When he gets back to me, he tells me he is finishing up a t.v and will get to mine when he is done the one he is one... At this point he had the t.v. for 2 weeks.. He found out the power supply board was faulty and he couldn't find a replacement board ( which I managed to do for a fraction of what he wanted to charge ) and had to get it rebuilt for $290+ tax which he would have to do by Tuesday and I specifically said I will not have the money by Tuesday and would have to see if I could move some stuff around.. He then went ahead and started working on my t.v, got pissed off that he started when I did not tell him to and acted like a child when I asked to pick up my t.v.. after him having my t.v for a month ( keep in mind he was suppose to have this inspection/quote done in 2 days ) He then resorted to leaving my $3000 t.v sitting outside in his driveway to pick up and ANYBODY could've stole my t.v!!! STAY AWAY from this extremely arrogant person!!!
Rubyn at Allied TV did a fantastic job repairing our LG (86NANO75UPA) TV's backlights a few week's back. Collected and returned our tv in less than a week and zero pressure to leave a review. I'm leaving one anyway and would highly recommend. I will update this review with the status of the tv's backlights as the year's go by to see if there are any changes. Thank you Allied TV!
