Are ford broke down called them and said give them 30/40 min the person was 20 min, they loaded the vehicle and took it to place we wanted fast and easy no bullshit… everywhere else we called was 2+ hour wait and 180/200+ cost us 135$ :) i recommend them

It's nice to know that Good Samarians are alive and well and working at Precision Towing. On June 27th we had an incident with our R.V. We had to call for a heavy tow and Chris responded. His first concern was that my husband and I were not injured and that we were safe he even asked if the dog and cat were safe. Chris picked up on our being upset as the trailer tire was blown and the wiring was ripped to shreds. We were only 1 hour into our summer vacation. With Chris's calm and knowledgeable demeanor, he explained that he would change the tire unhook our truck and have the trailer towed to a service. We arrived, before he left Chris again asked if we were okay and did we need anything. 1 hour after he left, the mechanics advised that the damage was more severe than first anticipated and that the schedule and damage made it impossible to repair for the next few weeks. We called Precision Towing and asked for Chris to return to tow our trailer to our dealership. He returned and did the tow. It starts with customer service your wonderful and understanding dispatcher and ends with Chris, great customer service and a smile. I was recently in a car accident. I had my two young children with me. I was scared. We were sore and hurt from being hit, and I was having so much anxiety about everything that was happening. I was blessed to meet Chris, who came to the rescue and set my mind at ease with his compassion and understanding. Chris spoke gentle and with great care to make sure that both my children and I were comfortable with a sense of safety and security. Chris was so fast getting to us, too. He arrived and had my vehicle loaded and had us home safely all within 45 mins of the whole ordeal. I am so grateful to have met Chris. He is truly an earth angel.
Woke up this morning after the first snowfall to find out that our car wouldn't start. I immediately called Precision Towing as they have provided our family with various vehicle services over the last two years. They have always been professional, personable, timely, and prices are fair. Brandon arrived a short time later, gave us a boost and the car started right away.
