Such poor customer service. I called to ask if they have an item in stock and they did. I asked what brand it is and he had the audacity to ask does it matter about the brand and then he continued to tell me me then shut the phone in my face. How do you run a business when you don’t know how to treat your customers. I don’t know how this store is still opened. Worst customer service and the products are always expired.
The service in this store is very bad. The only employee there does not respect customers and always looks at them with a scowl and not welcoming. When I tried to return an item, he refused, claiming that the machine was not working to get a refund. I received the product and discovered that the expiration date was expired. When I tried to return it, he looked at me angrily and treated me badly. I do not recommend this place at all!..
Bought bread from them and before opening notice there was fungus at the bottom. Took it back to get a refund and the person in the front said there are no refunds only exchange. Will never buy from here again. Stay away from this store. So many better halal stores around rymal you can goto instead
Was there few times. The first time I bought 3 pita bread bags and the guy at the counter gave me a weird look because Im only purchasing pita bread. The second time was yesterday and again I was there for the pita bread. Not only they shouldn't charge taxes on dairy and produce but we are in a tax free period. The guy at the counter had the audacity to charge me tax.
The guy working there is very rude , i have been there so many times , i never bought what i wanted because this guy will sell me the stuff he wanted and tell me silly excuses , last week , i went for meat and wanted 4lbs but he wanted to sell me the whole portion which is 6.5lbs , which is way more than what i wanted and he said he cant do less . I believe this is mot costco and also its not a wholesale place too …. I will never go this place , i have had enough , i should say the meat is good but the attitude and arrogance is on the roof.
Went there for so many times, every time got the same attitude from the person working there, they don’t know how to treat the costumers, environment there is totally unwelcoming and the person who usually work is way too rude, if you have attitude and rudeness keep it home we are paying here for stuff not for your arrogant and rude responses, never visiting the store again, it’s disgusting?
If you are looking for meat, it's a good idea to call them in advance and confirm that they have what you want. Also, sometimes they close before their advertised time or open late so calling before visiting will always work out in your favor. They now make fresh BBQ in their store too. It is decent enough. However I recommend calling them in advance and placing order and then go pickup. Owner is a friendly guy who does take care of his customers' needs. His staff is friendly. They keep their meat counter clean and are never rude or dismissive of any complaints.
